Jacob “Jack” McErlean is a mathematics major in the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences from Towson, Maryland. He intends to continue his mathematics studies in a PhD program this fall. Jack says his favorite place to do his work is in the carrells of the Theology and Ministry Library on Brighton campus. His campus involvement includes acting as the Treasurer for the Boston College Mathematics Society. While Jack is excited for post-graduate life, he is grateful for the deep bonds forged through participation in the Gabelli Presidential Scholars Program.
